Note from the team: We don't want to take anyone's money who isn't going to end up overseas with us. That said, when sign-ups happen, financial commitments are made to airlines, hotels, etc. that often cannot be refunded, so in the case that someone backs out or has a changed financial situation, we can only refund what we truly can refund. Except for the initial refundable deposit (which becomes non-refundable and part of your overall trip payment after the payment plan is executed), please do not count on funds being able to be returned to you, except in the most narrow of cases. Submitting this application does not financially bind you to the trip. That begins once your payment plan is initiated.
